Executive, Client Services

We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Executive to support the day-to-day operations of the POEMS online trading platform.

The primary focus of this role is maintaining trading counter information across multiple markets, ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of information that supports our online trading business. You will also support operational processes, client servicing, and continuous improvement initiatives, including process automation.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the online trading business, with a primary focus on maintaining counter information.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely publication of trading and counter information on the POEMS platform.
• Manage operational activities including live price approvals, rewards programme administration, and account-related enquiries and service requests from clients and Trading Representatives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and implement automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and data accuracy.
• Ensure the POEMS website remains up to date through the timely publication of announcements and content updates.
• Assist with operational reporting, exchange submissions, and other ad hoc operational and administrative activities as required.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior experience in operations, client services, brokerage, financial services, or digital platforms will be an advantage.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy while identifying opportunities to improve and automate manual processes.
• Experience with workflow automation, RPA, Python, VBA, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar technologies will be an advantage.
• Customer-focused with good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to client requests.
