Executive, Client Services

Roles and Responsibilities

• To respond to client services issues with efficiency and in a timely manner
• To provide and communicate information about the fund / product to clients
• To inform clients of available company product and services that address their needs
• To delegate client inquiries to appropriate person or team when applicable
• To assist Head, Client Services in preparing periodically sales reports (daily, monthly, quarterly) and other management reports (i.e AHB Status Report)
• To promote unit trust fund / investment product / product solutioning to potential individual investors via company participation in exhibition / expo / roadshow / event.
• To collaborate with Corporate Communications to ensure the up-to-date information / contents of unit trust product in website, digital platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook etc)
• To perform any other task assigned by Head, Client Service and / or HOD as required and deem necessary.

Requirements

• Possess a recognized degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in client services role in financial institution/ fund management company is added advantage.
• A team player, attention to details, ability to multitask.
• Strong communication (both in written and verbal) and organization skills.

Employment is under PHB Asset Management Berhad, a subsidiary company to Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad.
