Executive - Client Servicing

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and sales operations. This role involves coordinating sales backend team , assisting the sales team, managing leads, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Coordinate creation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, emailers, and social media posts
• Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and campaign trackers
• Support website, landing page, and email marketing content updates

Sales Coordination

• Support the sales team with lead management, follow-ups, and CRM updates
• Prepare sales proposals, pitch decks, quotations, and basic reports
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and client communications
• Track inquiries, conversions, and sales performance metrics

Coordination & Operations

• Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, and creative teams
• Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and sales support documents
• Maintain records of bills, documentation, and internal reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic understanding of marketing and sales processes
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office/ zoho CRM
• Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
