Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Introduce company products and explain their technical features and benefits.
• Generate and qualify sales leads for the sales team.
• Maintain customer database and update call records in CRM or Excel.
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and quotations.
• Coordinate with the technical and sales team for customer requirements.
• Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team when required.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and respond to basic queries.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic understanding of technical products or willingness to learn.
• Ability to convince customers and generate leads.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
• Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.

Qualification

• Graduate.
• Experience in Telecalling / Inside Sales / Customer Support will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
