Role & responsibilities

• Negotiate, prepare, revise and terminate commercial contracts including, but not limited to, sales, distributor and agency contracts, and third-party manufacturing contracts
• Coordinate with internal business and other teams for business requirements.
• Provide the assistance to legal head and outside counsel in representing the organization in legal proceedings.
• Provide support to the plant and business team regarding government authority matters
• Provide corporate governance support; Coordinate and manage outside counsels delivery of legal services Coordinate IP legal related matters

Preferred candidate profile

• Law Graduate with specialization in contract drafting and negotiations.
• Minimum 3-4 years of prior experience in contract drafting and negotiations.
• Strong understanding of laws, excellent research and analytical skills, effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure. Experience in the manufacturing or related industry would be advantageous.
