Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee the production process to ensure high-quality textile products are manufactured on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with spinning, weaving, dyeing, and bleaching departments to manage inventory levels and optimize resource utilization.
• Conduct quality control checks to identify defects or issues in finished goods and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems related to product development, supply chain disruptions, or customer complaints.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in textile manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of spinning, weaving, dyeing, and bleaching processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
