Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage order processing, including data entry, tracking, and follow-up on orders from receipt to delivery.
• Provide sales support by processing customer requests, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure data integrity by performing regular checks for errors and discrepancies in inventory levels, pricing, and product availability.
• Assist with supply chain operations by coordinating shipments, managing logistics, and monitoring inventory levels.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in an e-commerce environment or related field.
• Proficiency in Oracle or SAP systems for order fulfillment and management.
• Strong understanding of order processing procedures and best practices for efficient workflow.
