Position: Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Job Description:
We are looking for a sharp, organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to manage day-to-day executive coordination and ensure smooth follow-up on business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the MDs calendar, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors and business associates on behalf of the MD.
• Track key tasks, commitments and follow-ups to ensure timely closure.
• Prepare MIS, presentations, reports and business correspondence as required.
• Attend meetings, record key action points and follow up with relevant teams.
• Handle confidential business information with complete discretion.
• Support the MD in day-to-day business operations and special projects.
• Maintain an organized system for documents, communications and important information.

Requirements:

• 36 years of experience as an EA to MD/CEO/Director, preferably in jewellery, manufacturing, luxury, retail or a similar industry though not mandatory
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office / Excel / PowerPoint.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Professional, presentable and discreet with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
