About the Role

We are looking for a Meta Ads Executive who can manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns .
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and campaign segmentation.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of ad spend.
• Analyze key performance metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions .
• Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, ad copies, placements, and campaign strategies.
• Identify performance trends and implement optimization strategies.
• Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives and copies.
• Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads updates, trends, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot campaign-related issues and continuously work toward improving ROI.

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in Meta Ads/Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager .
• Good understanding of Facebook & Instagram advertising.
• Knowledge of campaign objectives, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and take performance-driven decisions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
