Role & responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all EHS policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases.
• Conduct safety induction programs, trainings, and toolbox talks.
• Monitor PPE usage and promote a safe working environment.
• Maintain EHS records, reports, permits, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with government authorities during inspections and audits.
• Lead emergency response and fire safety activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety performance across the plant/site.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4 to 8 years of experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, Engineering, or Construction environments.
• Ability to independently handle EHS activities and compliance requirements.
• Good problem-solving and team coordination skills.
