• Perform data entry, validation, and reconciliation activities.

• Manage and update internal databases, trackers, and reports.

• Review and verify documents as per process guidelines.

• Ensure adherence to quality, productivity, and compliance standards.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and process exceptions.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and highlight operational risks.

• Maintain confidentiality of business and customer information.

• Support audit and compliance requirements as needed.
