CRM Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending requests, services, payments, and documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Service, and other departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Track customer interactions, follow-ups, and issue-resolution status.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
• Identify customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Claims Responsibilities

• Receive and register customer claims and verify the required documents.
• Check claim details and coordinate with the relevant internal teams for processing.
• Follow up on pending claims and ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate claim status, requirements, and decisions clearly to customers.
• Coordinate with surveyors, service teams, vendors, or other concerned parties when required.
• Maintain accurate records of claims, supporting documents, approvals, and settlements.
• Identify discrepancies or incomplete documentation and coordinate for necessary corrections.
• Escalate delayed, disputed, or complex claims to the appropriate authority.
• Ensure claims are processed according to company policies and procedures.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Male candidates preferred
