We are looking for a customer-focused and service-oriented Front Office Executive to join the Front Office team at Signature Club Resort. The role involves managing guest interactions, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out, handling guest requests, and supporting daily front office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services Reception

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional approach.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback promptly.

Front Office Operations

• Manage room allocation, reservations, and guest records.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, FB, and other departments.
• Ensure accurate billing and payment-related procedures.

Night Shift Audit Support

• Handle night shift front office operations as assigned.
• Support night audit activities and daily revenue reconciliation.
• Ensure proper handover of shift-related information.

Guest Satisfaction Compliance

• Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality.

• Follow hotel SOPs, safety procedures, and security protocols.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication.

  Skills Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Guest handling and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of hotel front office operations.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel PMS.

• Professional grooming and a customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
