Bengal Meat is looking for an Executive – IT to provide reliable IT support across our Head Office, Warehouse, and retail stores. If you have strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of IT infrastructure, and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to users at the Head Office, Warehouse, and stores, both on-site and remotely.
• Solve common IT issues related to POS, Windows, Microsoft 365, login, printers, hardware, and basic networking.
• Update customer prices and activate or deactivate customer accounts based on approved requests, and keep proper records.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot company-approved hardware and software.
• Keep records of IT support requests and company IT assets, and follow proper access and data security procedures.
• Report and escalate unresolved IT issues to the IT Lead and provide timely support.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering or BSc in CSE or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT support. Retail or POS support experience will be preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft 365, basic networking, hardware troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving.
• Training: Relevant networking and hardware training will be preferred.
• Other Requirements: Must be available for scheduled morning/evening support and visits to stores or the Warehouse as required.
