Key Responsibilities

• Project management: Manage all operational aspects to meet the defined process and quality.
• Project management: Support new partners to plan and launch an ECHO program.
• Project management: Ensure fidelity to ECHO model is being met for all assigned partners.
• Project management: Plan and coordinate for training sessions as per process and / or partner need.
• Data management: Coordinate with the tech team for partner onboarding on iECHO.
• Data management: Ensuring program data is being collected, updated and monitored on a regular basis.
• Data management: Update project management tools or any other software being used for partner management.
• Partner relationship: Build and manage relationship with existing and new partners.
• Partner relationship: Proactively identify and escalate partner issues to reporting head.
• Partner relationship: Visit partner site, if needed.
• Key Performance Indications: (Measurable Aspects):
• Key Performance Indications: a. Meeting timelines (as defined in the process) for all program activities.
• Key Performance Indications: b. Process compliance - ensuring 100% compliance (as defined in the process) on all new programs launched.
• Key Performance Indications: c. % of programs meeting fidelity to ECHO model.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: MPH/MSW
• Experience: 0 - 3 years
• Language: English, Hindi, Fluency in local language
• Travel: Frequently
• Knowledge, Skill, and Ability: Broad knowledge and experience in project management
• Knowledge, Skill, and Ability: Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Knowledge, Skill, and Ability: Conceptual thinking
• Knowledge, Skill, and Ability: Analytical thinking
