Job Title: Executive

MedPlus Diagnostics is looking for an experienced Procurement Executive to manage procurement support activities, inventory operations, material inward/outward processes, documentation, and stock control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day procurement and inventory activities.
• Prepare and maintain GRNs and procurement-related documentation.
• Verify incoming materials for quantity, quality, specifications, and documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for proper storage and material movement.
• Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock.
• Conduct physical stock verification and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excesses, damages, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Vendors, Logistics, Accounts, Warehouse, and internal teams.
• Support vendor coordination and purchase-related documentation.
• Assist in periodic stock audits and discrepancy resolution.
• Prepare MIS and inventory reports using MS Excel.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, procurement policies, and documentation standards.

Candidate Profile

• Any Graduate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchase, Inventory, Warehouse, Logistics, or Material Management.
• Good knowledge of GRN, inventory control, stock reconciliation, and procurement processes.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications.
• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Experience in Healthcare / Diagnostics / Hospital industry will be an added advantage.
