Role & responsibilities
Batch Manufacturing of ophthalmic solution and suspension formulation.
Batch record issuance, Raw material dispensing, storage and transfer.
Batch filter sterilization and in-situ sterilization
Cleaning and sterilization of accessories using Autoclave
CIP/SIP of manufacturing tanks
Integrity test of product filters, air filters and ORAB gloves.
Disinfectant preparation, filtration and distribution
Area cleaning and sanitization
Ensuring compliance in the manufacturing area.
