What they need
- Responsible for daily dispatch plan execution.
- Cross-check security loading slips with dispatched Finished Goods (FG) scanning before invoicing.
- Preparation of delivery challans, tax invoices as per sales orders, and E-way bills.
- Coordination with the Head Office (HO) Sales Team for dispatch planning.
- Coordination with transporters and local warehouse teams to ensure vehicle availability for loading.
- Daily verification of FG production and reconciliation with the unloading scanner, coordinating with logistics manpower for dispatch handling.
- Knowledge of warehouse management and logistics operations.
- Hands-on experience with the SAP SD module.
- Preference for candidates from the appliance industry with warehouse management experience.
- Coordination with respective departments to improve dispatch planning and operational efficiency.
