Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.

Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate project costs.

Manage tendering processes and assess contractor bids.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgets.

Conduct cost control and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare interim and final payment valuations.

Analyze variations and change orders and advise on cost implications.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to construction.

Produce financial reports and cost forecasts.

Assist in procurement and supply chain management.

Skills and Qualifications:
Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Proficiency in cost management software.

Good negotiation and communication skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

Relevant professional certification (e.g., RICS or CIOB) can be an asset.

We are also specialised in Semi-Conductor (Cleanroom) works such as equipment hook up and maintenance works.
