Job Summary

Role: Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Resolution of customer queries and requests on mail
• Ensuring quality in processing and responsible for end to end solution for policy issuance
• Good Written Verbal communication skills.
• Engaging with customers for follow ups
• Basic knowledge of MS-Excel.
• Collecting KYC's documents related to policy issuance, ECS activation, Scheduling Medicals Etc.
• Coordination with Insurer partners, UW, Ops team for quick policy issuance.
• Outbound calling - Approx 80 to 100 calls per day for follow ups of requirements closures with customers.
• Cancellation Retention
• End to End follow up with the sales team Customers for requirement closures.
