Job Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day TMS transactions and ensure timely system updates.
• Manage vehicle call-offs as per dispatch plans and loading schedules.
• Coordinate with transporters and plant teams for timely vehicle placement.
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports using MS Excel.
• Monitor pending transactions and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with dispatch, loading, security, and weighbridge teams.

Required Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Prior TMS and vehicle call-off experience is preferred.
• Candidates with strong MIS skills and no TMS experience may also apply; training will be provided.
