Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Telephony, CTI, CPaaS, Contact Center, or Voice AI.
• Freshers with relevant internships/projects can also apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycle.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and work with engineering teams.
• Strong interest in Telephony, SaaS, and AI products .

Preferred Candidate

Priority will be given to candidates who have:

• Experience/internship in a Telephony, CPaaS, Contact Center, or Voice AI company .
• Basic knowledge of APIs, Postman, Salesforce/CRM, or SaaS products .
• Strong understanding of how a customer call flows through a telephony/CTI platform .
• Exposure to telephony service providers, voice platforms, or AI technology providers.
