Position / Job Title Executive (Analyst). Department Quality Control Reporting To Assistant Manager (P3) / Manager (P4). Location Ambernath Years of Experience More than 5 years. Dosage Form Solid Oral / Nasal / Liquid Job Responsibilities / Deliverables

• The candidate must have hands-on experience operating LC-MS (SCIEX), HPLC (Shimadzu), UV-Vis, and IR instruments.
• He is primary responsible and main role in performing the Extractable, Leachable, Nitrosamine-NDSRI impurity, other organic impurity etc testing on LCMS (Sciex).
• He is responsible to care-taker, calibration and PM of LCMS (Sciex).
• To perform instrumental analysis of RM, In-Process, Finished Product Samples and Stability Samples.
• Actively participate in release testing, validation, verification, method transfer activity as when applicable.
• To perform instrument calibration and working standard qualification.
• Responsible to adherence of GLP and Health, Safety Environment system in Laboratory.
• To perform the task assigned by the supervisor/HOD as and when required.
• Should have good written and communication skill.

Qualifications & Pre-Requisites Preferably have following skill but not limitas mentioned below;

• Master Degree of Science / Pharma.
• The candidate should have handling experience and theoretical knowledge on LCMS (Sciex), HPLC (Shimazu), UV, IR.
• He should have exposure of QC working under GLP, GDP, GMP environment.
• The candidate having experience in US-FDA approved company is more preferable.
• Knowledge of Chromeleon 7.2 software & Sciex OS 3.3 will be an added advantage.
• Should have skill to achieve deliverable task with minimum support for analysis.

Additional Notes

• Role is expected to work in all shifts.
• If required, the candidate should be ready to travel to all plant locations on work priority as per company policy.
• Responsible to ensure compliance to GLP, Health, Safety and Environment requirement.
