What they need
- Follow up with clients for pending payments through calls, emails, and regular communication
- Maintain and track the accounts receivable / outstanding payment report and Identify overdue and ageing invoices and prioritize follow-ups accordingly
Required Candidate profile
Coordinate with the Sales, Finance, Billing, Operation team to resolve payment-related issue.
Follow up for pending POs, invoices, credit notes, and other required documents that are blocking payment.
