Executive, Collection

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Contact delinquent customers to inform them of overdue payments and discuss repayment, often using telephone, email, or written correspondence.
• Negotiation & Collection: Negotiate payment arrangements, settlements, or, if necessary, initiate legal action or advanced collection tactics.
• Account Management: Maintain precise records of all client communication, payment arrangements, and account updates in databases.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare daily/weekly reports on collection activities, recovery rates, and account statuses, ensuring all actions comply with legal regulations and company policies.
• Dispute Resolution: Address customer queries, complaints, and discrepancies in billing to resolve issues preventing payment.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related financial field.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective negotiation.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle difficult conversations and maintain professional relationships.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is often preferred.
