Back Office Executive Collections & Supply Chain

Industry: Iron & Steel
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Location: Vidyavihar, Mumbai

We are looking for an Executive Collection with experience in customer collections, preferably from the Iron & Steel / Metal Trading / Distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and overdue receivables through calls, WhatsApp and emails.
• Track payment commitments and ensure timely collection as per credit terms.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve payment, invoice and delivery-related queries.
• Maintain collection records, ageing reports and MIS.
• Proactively follow up on overdue accounts and support the team in achieving collection targets.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication, telephone follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel; Tally/ERP knowledge preferred.
• Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and work under pressure.

Qualification: Graduate B.Com / BBA / Any relevant qualification.

Preferred Experience: Candidates from Iron & Steel, Steel Trading, Steel Distribution or Metal Industry will be preferred.
