• Prepare and process all export related documents for garment shipments.
• Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists and other required export documents.
• Ensure documents are accurate and comply with buyer, bank, customs, and regulatory requirements.
• LC & Banking Documents, independently, handle order & Buyer.
• Check Letter of Credit (L/C), Sales Contract issue & LC transfer to supplier.
• Prepare export documents according to L/C terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with the commercial bank for document submission, negotiation, and discrepancy resolution.
• Follow up on document realization and payment status.
• Ensure compliance with applicable customs, VAT and import/export regulations.
• Coordinate with merchandising, commercial & freight forwarders,
• Arrange and monitor shipment documentation according to shipment schedules.
• Ensure timely submission of documents to the buyer, bank, freight forwarder,
• Check and coordinate preparation of Bill of Lading (B/L), Air Waybill (AWB), Certificate of Origin,
• GSP/REX-related documents where applicable, inspection certificates, and other required certificates.
• Verify shipping details such as buyer name, consignee, notify party, quantity, carton details, HS code, vessel/flight information, and destination.
• Communicate with buyers, Maintain proper records of export shipments and documentation.
• Update shipment and export document status regularly.
• SAP posting & other relevant works.

Requirements

• Experience: 5 years
• Education: bachelor of business administration (bba)
• Skills: international shipping knowledge, customs documentation, export management, shipment coordination, import/export compliance, import logistics, garment industry knowledge, export regulations, import/export operations, customs compliance
