Executive, Communications (Graphic Designer)

About the Role

Hasilwan (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a creative, detail-oriented and motivated Executive, Communications (Graphic Designer) to join our Communications Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual communication materials across digital, print, corporate events and internal communication platforms.

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's corporate identity through creative design, visual storytelling and engaging communication materials supporting our businesses in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate & Marketing Design

• Design and develop corporate marketing materials, including company profiles, brochures, capability statements, project sheets and annual report layouts.
• Produce advertisements, posters, banners, backdrops and other promotional materials.
• Create professional presentation decks and proposal documents for management and business development purposes.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with external printers and vendors to ensure quality output.

2. Digital & Social Media Design

• Develop creative visual content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Design website banners, digital invitations, e-newsletters and digital signage.
• Produce basic motion graphics, animated posts and video thumbnails.
• Ensure consistency in visual branding across all digital communication channels.

3. Corporate Events & Branding

• Design exhibition booths, event backdrops, signage, buntings and other event-related materials.
• Develop artwork for corporate merchandise, plaques, certificates and souvenirs.
• Support the Communications Department in delivering creative materials for corporate events and campaigns.

4. Photography & Visual Content Support

• Provide photography support for corporate events, project site visits, management portraits and staff activities.
• Edit, retouch and enhance photographs for corporate publications, social media and marketing materials.
• Maintain high standards of visual quality across all communication materials.
