Role : Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Associate

Location: Austin, TX

Experience Required:

• 2–4 years of legal experience
• Experience in executive compensation, ESOP transactions, employee benefits, equity plans, executive employment arrangements, compensatory partnership interests, or related areas preferred
• Candidates interested in developing expertise in executive compensation and employee benefits are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on executive compensation and employee benefits matters
• Assist with ESOP transactions and equity compensation plans
• Draft and negotiate executive employment and compensation agreements
• Support employee benefit plan design and compliance
• Work on a broad range of executive compensation and employee benefits matters

Requirements:

• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent analytical and writing skills
• Interest in developing a specialized practice
• Texas Bar membership preferred; required within one year of joining the firm
• Relocation assistance available for candidates relocating to Austin

Pay: $65,011.03 - $78,292.85 per year
