• Develop compliance policy, procedures & guidelines in accordance with local laws & regulations and ensure its implementations.
• Experience on Inditex, BSCI, Sedex, WRAP, ICS, STeP by Oeko-tex FSLM, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS & Oeko-Tex etc.
• Prepared the CAP against audit report.
• Ensure current company health and safety procedures whilst making suggestions for improvement.
• Check the workers personal file, maternity file, disciplinary action file, resign worker file and leave register, monthly salary & OT sheet etc.
• Handle employee grievances, complaints, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues effectively and professionally.
• Coordinate training, capacity-building, awareness programs and employee engagement programs for workers and staff.
• Coordinate cross-functional Department to foster a culture of compliance, ethics, and safety accountability.
• Report daily activities to superiors.
• Any other task assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Experience: 5-8 years
• Education: master of business administration in human resource management
• Skills: employment law compliance, hr compliance, labor law compliance, health and safety compliance, compliance management, compliance and labor laws, legal compliance knowledge, compliance management systems, compliance & regulatory affairs
