Executive (Contract) - 1 year

Responsibilities

• Development, review and updating of integrity related policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Coordination of integrity awareness campaigns, trainings, workshops, and engagement programs.
• Development of training materials and communication content to promote an ethical work culture
• Monitoring compliance with integrity initiatives and maintaining related documentation
• Conducting research and benchmarking on governance and integrity best practices
• Managing records, data collection, and reporting requirements for integrity related projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent English written skill with ability to develop high-quality policies and governance report.
• Able to multi-task and work independently, with minimal supervision (under pressure and tight deadlines)
• A team player and possess a good teamwork with great leadership attributes
• Excellent user of Microsoft Office to develop training material
