EXECUTIVE - CONTRACTS (PRE CONTRACT)

Responsibilities:

• Pre-contract works - estimating and tendering, calling quotation, measurement, taking off, cost estimation, preparation of BQ for design and build projects, attending tender interview or clarification.
• Post-contracts work - material budgeting, cost estimation, as-built site measurement and quantity taking-off before site commencement, invitation of quotation and negotiation, sub-contractor award, material sourcing and procurement, handle progress claim, VO claim, progress payment, final account, attend site valuation and meeting.
• Assist in Feasibility Studies and estimating to define the project budget prior to the construction stage.
• Work with architects, external QS, contracts and project team.
• Evaluate claims for progress payment and additional works or final accounts.
• Provide support in the estimation of new project costs, preparation of specifications, BQ and other tender requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
• 2 years of working experience in high-rise commercial building and mixed development projects in the construction industry.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, negotiation, planning and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
