Responsible for Order management

负责订单管理

Responsible for contacting and coordinating the import and export operations of SEKO branches in Asia Pacific, supervising the import and export of goods, and ensuring the smooth shipment and delivery of goods. Prompt warning is required in case of delay.

负责联系、协调相关亚太区各个分公司进出口操作、监督货物进出口情况，确保货物顺利的出运以及送达。如有延误需及时预警。

Find the missing milestone through the daily report timely and notify the site to complete it in time.

通过日报、及时发现milestone的缺失，并通知站点及时补全。

Responsible for updating the status of goods according to customer requirements.

负责按照客户要求及时更新货物的状态。

Coordinate the handling of abnormal goods, such as goods damage, loss, etc.

协调处理异常货物情况，如货物破损、遗失等。

Assist in quotation, and make corresponding records, integrate RFQ quotation, etc. 协助报价，并做好相应的记录，整合RFQ报价等。

Follow up with AR

跟进发票及应收事项。

Handle CAPA/8D report

处理CAPA/8D 报告。

Other works arranged by direct supervisor or manager. 领导安排的其他任务。 II. Education and Experience requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above.

More than 3-5 years related experiences; the background for global forwarder will be preferable.

Familiar with Ocean freight and Air freight process flow.

Well operation knowledge, good experience in operation and fluent English. III. Job Skills, Personality and Competencies for this position

Reliable, well organized, Honest, Team-player.

Excellent communication skill in both Chinese and English, responsible, active.

Good PC skills in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel

Konw CW1 system is perferable
