About this role

It'll be the WhatsApp message that gets someone to finally book the call. The third email in a sequence that answers the doubt they never typed out. The SMS that lands at 8pm on a Tuesday and actually gets read. At Tetr, your words might convince someone to study across seven countries, launch their first company, or rethink what education can look like ? and most of that persuasion happens one message at a time, in an inbox. We're looking for a writer who finds that more interesting than a billboard.

Specifically, this role will involve

• Writing the nurture copy for your cohort ? email, WhatsApp, SMS/RCS ? across the full journey from first enquiry to enrolment.
• Writing to the stage, not just the brief. Someone at awareness needs a different sentence than someone sitting on an unpaid offer.
• Turning the central framework's node logic and stage-gates into copy that sounds like a person wrote it, not a system.
• Owning subject lines, preview text, CTAs and the small decisions that move open and click rates.
• Writing variants for A/B tests within the pod's 20% experimentation zone, and read the results honestly.
• Adapting tone across cohorts ? an 18-year-old choosing an undergrad programme and a 35-year-old executive are not the same reader.
• Working inside WhatsApp template rules and channel constraints without letting the copy go stiff.
• Partnering with the central creative team so nurture copy and brand campaigns sound like the same company.
• Proofreading with obsessive attention to detail ? a broken personalisation token goes out to thousands of people at once.

Ideal candidate will have

• 2-5 years of copywriting experience, ideally with real lifecycle, CRM or email work in it.
• Writes short well. Constraint is the job ? 40 characters of subject line, 160 of SMS.
• Understands that CRM copy is measured, and is genuinely curious about why one version beat another.
• Ability simplify complicated ideas ? programme structure, fees, admissions steps ? without flattening them.
• Deep care about grammar, rhythm and clarity, and knows when to break the rules on purpose.
• Ability to hold a consistent voice across dozens of touchpoints and weeks of a journey.
• Openness to feedback and eager to improve.
• A portfolio that shows creativity, curiosity and range ? email and messaging samples especially welcome.
