Role & responsibilities

• Tie ups with government and private organizations for medical services
• Attending calls from corporate and PSUs
• Adhere by the daily target of meeting Govt offices and PSUs.
• Conducting meetings with corporate tie ups and meeting them from time to time
• Keeping the companies informed with the hospital updates and presenting them with Shalby Times on a regular basis
• Responsible for timely renewal of tie-ups
• Conducting and attending corporate meetings
• Conducting corporate activities in PSU and government offices.
• Meeting various TPA companies for adding Shalby in their network.
• Meeting the patients converted through TPA/Corporate/PSUs/Govt. Etc

Coordinating with other depts. in case of patient complain for resolving the issues.
