Executive, Cost Management

What you'll be doing:

• Objective: To assist and support Cost Management General Manager in monitoring, controlling and optimizing costs across a company or project.
• Key Accountabilities:
• Product feasibility study, localization and cost estimation.
• Assist in developing cost models and scenario analysis.
• Track actual cost against quoted price and investigate variances.
• Provide training or guidance to junior staff on cost processes.
• Standardize cost control procedures across departments or projects.
• Technical liaison with external providers and customers.
• Involve and support in cost-saving activities.
• Promote and enforce safety and health regulations in working environment.
• To coordinate the activities of internal audit.
• Ensure ISO 9001 quality system is implemented and maintained in the Department.

What we're looking for:

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Industrial
• Professional Experience:
• Minimum 2- 3 years of experiences in cost management or pricing analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel commands (vlook, sumproduct, etc..) will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills. Hybrid of costing and technical manufacturing is added advantage.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
