Executive, Credit Administration

If you have experience in property sales administration, credit control, progressive billing, purchaser collections or loan documentation, this role offers exposure to the full property ownership journey while working closely with purchasers, solicitors and financiers.

What You'll Do

You'll support the administration and credit control functions across the property sales cycle, ensuring documentation, billing and collections are managed accurately and on time.

• Monitor SPA execution and related documentation
• Coordinate loan documentation and loan drawdowns
• Issue progressive billings upon Architect certification
• Follow up with purchasers and financiers on outstanding payments
• Manage purchaser accounts and receivables
• Liaise with solicitors, financiers and relevant stakeholders
• Track vacant possession, MOT and strata title transfers
• Handle purchaser and sales team enquiries
• Prepare collection and ageing reports for management review

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Property Management or related fields
• Experience in Credit Administration, Credit Control, Sales Administration or Property Administration
• Exposure to progressive billing and purchaser collections
• Knowledge of Housing Development Act processes will be advantageous
• Familiarity with loan releases and end-financing documentation
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage timelines and multiple transactions simultaneously
