Qualifications:

• Assist Portfolio Managers in monitoring insurance policies, valuation reports and related compliance requirements.
• Compile, maintain, and update MIS reports, trackers and operational records to support portfolio administration activities.
• Maintain security document registers and oversee document storage, movement tracking and scanning activities.
• Monitor Post Disbursement Documents (PDDs) and maintain records of disbursement-related documentation received from branches.
• Support tracking of covenants, exceptions and pending compliance requirements and coordinate with stakeholders for closure.
• Ensure proper maintenance of credit documentation and adherence to internal credit administration standards.
• Support portfolio monitoring activities and ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks.
• Maintain accuracy of records and support audit, compliance and governance requirements.
