Executive- Credit Control

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Collect payments on past-due bills.
2. Create a list of Customers who have not made payments.
3. Organize the list according to the severity of the delinquency.
4. Identification of accounting issues and posting rectification in the accounting system.
5. Review of credit control policy and updation on time as per requirement
6. Analytical and dynamic bent of mind to have a grip on control and process improvement
7. Locate customers using credit bureau information, background checks, loan documents, and other paperwork or databases.
8. Working on debtor provision and bad debts written off
9. Customer following through mail or telephone.
10. Regular customer reconciliation and balance confirmation
11. Review of customer payment terms and limit
12. Order approval in ERP System
13. Understanding the customer's explanation determines if the debt can be collected. * Effective and timely management reporting on outstanding AR position

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to accomplish team goals and objectives
2. Basic technology skills, including data entry and internet research using a computer
3. Excellent verbal communication skills, especially a courteous yet firm speaking voice
4. Impeccable attention to detail, particularly numbers, spelling, and dates
5. Ability to thrive under pressure and adhere to constant and challenging deadlines
6. Proven track record of negotiating payments and handling disputed charges
7. Familiarity with computer software programs to analyze payment patterns and enter data
