CRM System Management : Oversee the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Manage user access, permissions, and customization of the CRM system. Data Entry and Maintenance : Enter and update customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM database. Ensure data consistency and cleanliness through regular audits and maintenance. Reporting and Analysis : Generate reports and analyze data from the CRM system to provide insights into customer behavior, trends, and preferences. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement and sales activities. User Training and Support : Provide training and support to users on the CRM platform, addressing queries and ensuring proper utilization. Assist in troubleshooting CRM-related issues and providing technical support. Strategy Implementation : Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives. Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction based on CRM data insights. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. Previous experience working with CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc. ) and familiarity with CRM best practices. Analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to derive insights from CRM data. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide CRM-related training and support. Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate and organized CRM records.
