What they need
Understand business requirements from Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Store teams.
Prepare BRD / FRD / FDD and process-flow documents.
Map existing business processes to Salesforce CRM.
Configure Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Activities and Campaigns.
Design customer journey: Lead Follow-up Store Visit Opportunity Sale After-sales.
Define CRM workflows, approval processes and automation requirements.
Coordinate with Salesforce developers and BC technical teams.
Define data migration and customer-master cleansing requirements.
Design dashboards and MIS reports for management.
Conduct UAT and prepare test scenarios.
Prepare user manuals and conduct training for store/sales employees.
Monitor implementation issues and coordinate with the implementation partner.
Support post-go-live CRM adoption and process improvement.
Should be Open to Travel within West Bengal.
