Executive - Customer Care

We are looking for a skilled Executive to lead our Customer Care team at Aster DM Healthcare Limited, located in the Healthcare/Medicine industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience working with healthcare professionals.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective customer care strategies to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide excellent patient care and support.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Provide information about healthcare services and products to patients and their families.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and patients.
• Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to healthcare services.
