What they need
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring exceptional customer service and effective complaint resolution.
- Responding to inquiries via CS & ASK mailboxes.
- Conduct tele sales for Insurance Products (Auto & Credit Life).
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with minimum 1 year of customer service & tele sales experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided
- Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
