What You'll Do

• Handle customer enquiries and feedback
• Coordinate defect rectification with contractors
• Support property handovers
• Follow up on defect cases until closure
• Maintain customer records and documentation
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with internal teams

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, property or facilities experience is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to speak additional languages or dialects (e.g. Mandarin, Cantonese, Tamil, Hokkien or others) is an added advantage
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
• Able to commit to a 1-year contract
