Executive - Customer Service & Sales Support

Sales Coordination

• Prepare and send freight quotations (FCL, LCL, air, and road) to customers and overseas agents.
• Follow up on enquiries and quotations to help convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain the enquiry tracker, customer database, and rate sheets.
• Coordinate with carriers, and agents to get competitive rates.
• Assist the sales team with customer meetings, proposals, and reports.

Customer Service

• Be the first point of contact for customers on shipment status, bookings, and queries.
• Coordinate with operations, documentation, and customs teams for smooth shipment handling.
• Handle complaints, delays, and claims professionally and escalate when needed.
• Share pre-alerts, arrival notices, and delivery updates on time.

Administration

• Support invoicing and follow up on pending payments..
• Prepare daily and monthly sales and service reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (commerce, logistics, or business preferred).
• Knowledge of freight forwarding terms: Incoterms, FCL/LCL, BL, AWB, and customs clearance..
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and attention to detail.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
