Position description: Executive Customer Service

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordination with overseas agents
• Coordination with customers
• To quote rates to the customers and feedback
• Arrange shipments as per customer's requirements at various destinations
• Send CAN to the customers well before arrival the shipments
• Arrange DSRs to the premium customers on daily basis
• Making routing orders in Topaz with selling rates
• To check the overseas invoices
• To arrange the manifest docs from the forwarders well before
• Arranging planning for road movements (Multi city container boxes)
• Sending flyers for new services
• Updation of global rate sheets for corporate accounts
• Follow up for payments for outstanding

• Reporting Designation: General manager
• Reporting Department: Sales Marketing

Educational qualifications preferred

• Category: Any Graduate
• Degree: Any Graduate
