Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, live chat, and digital channels
• Assist clients with account opening, onboarding, verification, and transaction-related matters in compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple markets, including Bursa Malaysia, the US Market, and HKEX
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns efficiently while collaborating closely with Compliance, Operations, Dealing, IT teams, dealers, and remisiers

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or financial services environment.
• Familiarity with trading platforms, financial products, Bursa Malaysia/US/HK markets, and KYC/AML processes will be an added advantage
• Support rotational shift operations, including nights, midnights, weekends, and public holidays (shift allowances provided)
