Role Description:

• Assist with general inquiries, and provide information about our tours & attraction.
• Liaise with Cruise Liners for queries & coordinate operations
• Handle guests feedback promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Crowd control, queue management and ensure a smooth and efficient tour operations.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness in guest areas, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment.
• Any other ad-hoc duties based on operational needs.
• You will need to deliver consistently good customer service.

Experience:

• Minimally 2 years’ experience in customer service
• Prior retail sales or operations experience in hospitality, or tourism company would be preferred.

Requirements:

• You should have a pleasant and friendly personality and enjoy providing good customer service
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment independently as well as be an actively contributing team player
• Good communication skills and ability to work under stressful situations.
• Able to work day shifts, weekends and public holidays

Education:

Possess O or A levels, Higher Nitec and Diploma in any discipline.
