Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Coordinate and follow up on shipments to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Maintain and update daily shipment status reports.
• Manage operational information flow and provide timely updates to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the shipment lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute in Supply Chain, Business Development, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the logistics industry.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence.
