Job Description:

• In connection with customer day to day operations
• Take booking requirements,
• Process booking with Carriers
• Give plan to Transport team
• Make align things with customs and transport team
• Keep update customer on shipment flow
• Trace and trace
• Engage with customer on day-to-day requirements
• Escalate to immediate pear – for any unresolved issues
• Shipment update in system
• Update Milestones and end the shipment cycle

Job Requirements

Experience And Qualifications

• 0-2 years of demonstrated experience in customer serive
• Graduation
• High standard of c omputer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and relevant transport management applications.
